For the dressing, mix the mustard and honey together in a salad bowl. Then add oil, vinegar, orange juice and herbs and stir everything well. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
Fry the bacon cubes in a pan. Do not use oil, otherwise the cubes will end up floating in fat.
Wash the lamb`s lettuce thoroughly.
Arrange the lamb`s lettuce on a deep plate, pour the dressing over it and sprinkle with bacon cubes.
Tip: If you want, you can garnish the salad with a few pieces of orange.
