Ingredients

• 250 g lamb`s lettuce
• acon cubes, amount to taste

For the dressing:

• 7 tablespoon orange juice
• 1 ½ tablespoon mustard
• 8 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 3 tablespoon honey
• chives
• Herbs, Italian
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. For the dressing, mix the mustard and honey together in a salad bowl. Then add oil, vinegar, orange juice and herbs and stir everything well. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
2. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan. Do not use oil, otherwise the cubes will end up floating in fat.
3. Wash the lamb`s lettuce thoroughly.
4. Arrange the lamb`s lettuce on a deep plate, pour the dressing over it and sprinkle with bacon cubes.
5. Tip: If you want, you can garnish the salad with a few pieces of orange.
