Ingredients
- 250 g lamb`s lettuce
- acon cubes, amount to taste
For the dressing:
- 7 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 ½ tablespoon mustard
- 8 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon honey
- chives
- Herbs, Italian
- salt and pepper

- For the dressing, mix the mustard and honey together in a salad bowl. Then add oil, vinegar, orange juice and herbs and stir everything well. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- Fry the bacon cubes in a pan. Do not use oil, otherwise the cubes will end up floating in fat.
- Wash the lamb`s lettuce thoroughly.
- Arrange the lamb`s lettuce on a deep plate, pour the dressing over it and sprinkle with bacon cubes.
- Tip: If you want, you can garnish the salad with a few pieces of orange.
