Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce, boil the egg hard. Divide the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, cut the egg into wedges. Press the garlic clove. Mix the marinade of truffle oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and crushed garlic and pour over the salad.
