- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil (truffle oil)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper

- Wash the lamb`s lettuce, boil the egg hard. Divide the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, cut the egg into wedges. Press the garlic clove. Mix the marinade of truffle oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and crushed garlic and pour over the salad.
