Clean and slice the mushrooms and spring onions, wash, core and dice the peppers. Clean the lamb`s lettuce and mix with half of the spring onions and the pepper pieces. Season already once with salt and pepper.
Fry the remaining spring onions with the bacon and mushrooms in a little oil.
Mix the remaining ingredients for the dressing. You can choose the amount as you like, but always have the same amount of mustard and honey. So a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of mustard. Pour the dressing over the salad and fold in the bacon and mushroom mixture.
Serve immediately as the salad will collapse quickly.
