- 1 packet lamb`s lettuce
- 500 g mushrooms
- 250 g bacon, diced
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- Balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- honey
- mustard
- salt
- pepper
- oregano

- Clean and slice the mushrooms and spring onions, wash, core and dice the peppers. Clean the lamb`s lettuce and mix with half of the spring onions and the pepper pieces. Season already once with salt and pepper.
- Fry the remaining spring onions with the bacon and mushrooms in a little oil.
- Mix the remaining ingredients for the dressing. You can choose the amount as you like, but always have the same amount of mustard and honey. So a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of mustard. Pour the dressing over the salad and fold in the bacon and mushroom mixture.
- Serve immediately as the salad will collapse quickly.
