Ingredients
- 250 g lamb`s lettuce
- 50 g bacon cubes
- 1 roll from the day before, alternatively a slice bread
- 1 onion (s)
- Vinegar (Melfor vinegar), with honey
- Olive oil, cold pressed
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon salad herbs
- 3 teaspoons forest honey
- Pepper from the grinder

- Thoroughly clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce, then place in a bowl.
- Finely dice the onion. Set aside a tablespoon of onions. Mix the rest of the onions, salt, salad herbs, honey, vinegar and oil into a salad dressing, season to taste.
- Then heat the pan, let the olive oil get hot, fry the bacon cubes with the remaining onions until crispy. Place on kitchen paper so that the fat is absorbed.
- Cut the roll into cubes, place in hot olive oil and brown on all sides, stirring constantly. The croutons are now ready. Put this on a paper towel and let it soak up the fat.
- Mix the lamb`s lettuce with the salad sauce in the bowl and divide into portions. Spread the bacon and croutons on the salad portions, first the bacon and then the croutons.
