Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s), mainly waxy
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 125 grams bacon
- 6 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper

- Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes, cook in salted boiling water for 15 minutes, drain and leave to cool.
- In the meantime, clean the lettuce, wash it and shake it dry. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat, remove and drain on kitchen paper. Deglaze the frying fat with vinegar, add the oil, remove from the stove and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Mix the salad with the potato cubes, bacon and marinade.
