- 80 g lamb`s lettuce, cleaned, washed and spun dry
- 2 slices bacon, fried crispy and crumbled without fat
- 0.5 ½ pear (s), finely diced
- 2 walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon oil, neutral
- 1 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- Herbs (8 herbs, frozen)
- salt and pepper
