Ingredients
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- some maple syrup
- 2 pear (s)
- 50 g walnuts
- 100 g camembert (s)
- 1 small shallot (s)
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry)
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- some salt and pepper
- mustard
- 6 plum (s) wrapped in bacon

- For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar, oil, mustard, very finely chopped shallot and honey with pepper and salt.
- Roast the walnuts in a pan. Then fry the pears cut into slices or cubes and caramelize a little with the maple syrup.
- Mix the lamb`s lettuce with the vinaigrette in a large bowl and divide over three plates. Pour the walnuts over the lamb`s lettuce and serve with the pears and camembert. If you want, you can also put 2 plums wrapped in bacon on the lamb`s lettuce per plate.
