Instructions

  1. For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar, oil, mustard, very finely chopped shallot and honey with pepper and salt.
  2. Roast the walnuts in a pan. Then fry the pears cut into slices or cubes and caramelize a little with the maple syrup.
  3. Mix the lamb`s lettuce with the vinaigrette in a large bowl and divide over three plates. Pour the walnuts over the lamb`s lettuce and serve with the pears and camembert. If you want, you can also put 2 plums wrapped in bacon on the lamb`s lettuce per plate.
