  • 1 bunch lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
  • 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 camembert (s)
  • 4 slices pumpernickel

Instructions

  1. Wash and sort the lamb`s lettuce. Cut the shallots into small cubes and season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and salt and pepper. Put the walnuts in the dressing so that they are moistened on all sides.
  2. Cut out the pumpernickel bread with a round cookie cutter (can also be a glass) and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cut the camembert into 4 equal pieces and spread over the pumpernickel circles. Leave in the oven for approx. 10 minutes at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  3. Arrange the crispy bread with the melted camembert on a plate and drape the lamb`s lettuce next to it. Pour the dressing with the walnuts over the salad.
