Ingredients

200 g lamb`s lettuce
1 onion (s),
1 handful walnuts

For the dressing:

Instructions

Mix all ingredients for the dressing and season with salt, pepper and vinegar.
Clean, wash and spin lamb`s lettuce. Top with a handful of chopped walnuts. Finely chop an onion and add it too.
Only pour the dressing over the salad just before eating.
Freshly baked white bread goes well with it.
Tip:
Mix the freshly fried mushroom slices into the salad.
