Lamb`s Lettuce with Bacon and Pine Nuts
Instructions
- Divide the lamb`s lettuce on two plates and place the halved cocktail tomatoes on top.
- Roast the pine nuts without fat until they have a nice color and then fry the bacon.
- For the dressing, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper, a pinch of sugar, a teaspoon of mustard and 1 teaspoon of Provence herbs.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with bacon and pine nuts.
