Instructions

  1. Spin the washed lamb`s lettuce dry and distribute decoratively on 4 plates. Chop the mushrooms and fry them in a tablespoon of butter until light brown. Cut the sheep`s cheese into not too small cubes. Whisk the egg, turn the feta cheese cubes in it, then turn in the ground nuts. Fry the cubes in a little butter over low heat until the nuts have taken on some color.
  2. Place the mushrooms and cheese cubes on the salad. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and the herbs into a sauce and drizzle over the salad.
