- 300 g lamb`s lettuce
- 4 large mushrooms or brown caps
- 150 g sheep cheese
- 1 egg (s)
- 50 g walnuts or hazelnuts, round
- Vinegar (wine vinegar)
- Oil (nut oil)
- salt and pepper
- Herbs at will
- butter

- Spin the washed lamb`s lettuce dry and distribute decoratively on 4 plates. Chop the mushrooms and fry them in a tablespoon of butter until light brown. Cut the sheep`s cheese into not too small cubes. Whisk the egg, turn the feta cheese cubes in it, then turn in the ground nuts. Fry the cubes in a little butter over low heat until the nuts have taken on some color.
- Place the mushrooms and cheese cubes on the salad. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and the herbs into a sauce and drizzle over the salad.
