Instructions

  1. Mix the honey with a few drops of hot water until smooth and then mix it with the mustard. Gradually beat in the rapeseed oil with the whisk until a creamy sauce is formed. Season to taste with orange juice, pepper and salt.
  2. Clean the lettuce, wash it very thoroughly and spin dry.
  3. Mix the salad with the sauce 10-15 minutes before serving. He should pull through a bit. But if you mix it too early, the salad will get mushy. Finally sprinkle the roasted pine nuts over the top.
