Ingredients
- 500 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 125 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 dash orange juice
- salt and pepper
- 40 g pine nuts, toasted

- Mix the honey with a few drops of hot water until smooth and then mix it with the mustard. Gradually beat in the rapeseed oil with the whisk until a creamy sauce is formed. Season to taste with orange juice, pepper and salt.
- Clean the lettuce, wash it very thoroughly and spin dry.
- Mix the salad with the sauce 10-15 minutes before serving. He should pull through a bit. But if you mix it too early, the salad will get mushy. Finally sprinkle the roasted pine nuts over the top.
