Ingredients
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 5 radishes
- 2 tomato (s) (e.g. plum tomatoes)
- 500 g sweet potato (s)
- 2 egg (s)
- olive oil
For the dressing:
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard, preferably spicy
- Herbs
- salt and pepper

- Put on water for the eggs.
- Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into cubes or slices and fry in a little olive oil. Approx. 10 minutes depending on size. It is best to put a lid on the pan so that the potatoes cook through well. Then season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the salad and put it on the plates. Wash the radishes and tomatoes, cut into small pieces and add to the salad.
- Boil the eggs hard, quench, peel and cut into small pieces.
- For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- Carefully fold in the eggs and sweet potatoes.
