Instructions

  1. Put on water for the eggs.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into cubes or slices and fry in a little olive oil. Approx. 10 minutes depending on size. It is best to put a lid on the pan so that the potatoes cook through well. Then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare the salad and put it on the plates. Wash the radishes and tomatoes, cut into small pieces and add to the salad.
  4. Boil the eggs hard, quench, peel and cut into small pieces.
  5. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
  6. Carefully fold in the eggs and sweet potatoes.
