Ingredients
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 grapefruit (s), pink
- 1 orange (s)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, alternatively honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, preferably older, e.g. with curry
- salt and pepper
- 25 pine nuts

- Prepare the lamb`s lettuce, fillet the citrus fruits and catch the juice. To cut in pieces.
- Mix 4 tablespoons of fruit juice with the oils and maple syrup to make a dressing, season with salt and pepper and mix with the salad in a bowl. Roast pine nuts without fat in a frying pan and sprinkle over them.
- It goes very well with fried salmon and baguette.
