Instructions

  1. Wash and spin the lettuce and place in a large bowl. Dice the onion very finely and sprinkle over it. Cut the mushrooms into slices and marinate with 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
  2. Put the mustard, honey, salt, salad herbs and 1 tablespoon vinegar in a mixing bowl and mix. Then slowly add the oil, then the Cremefine. Finally stir in the freshly grated horseradish.
  3. Mix the dressing well with the salad and the mushroom slices and serve immediately.
  4. Tip: If you cut an apple into it, you can save a little honey on the dressing and the salad will be very fresh. Apple, mushrooms and horseradish harmonize excellently.
