Ingredients
- 125 g lamb`s lettuce (lamb`s lettuce)
- 1 onion (s), red
- 4 mushrooms, brown
- 1 ½ tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (I used rice vinegar)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 tablespoon salad herbs, mixed
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoon Cremefine
- 4 tablespoon horseradish, freshly grated

- Wash and spin the lettuce and place in a large bowl. Dice the onion very finely and sprinkle over it. Cut the mushrooms into slices and marinate with 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
- Put the mustard, honey, salt, salad herbs and 1 tablespoon vinegar in a mixing bowl and mix. Then slowly add the oil, then the Cremefine. Finally stir in the freshly grated horseradish.
- Mix the dressing well with the salad and the mushroom slices and serve immediately.
- Tip: If you cut an apple into it, you can save a little honey on the dressing and the salad will be very fresh. Apple, mushrooms and horseradish harmonize excellently.
