For the marinade, mix together honey, apple juice and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Read the lamb`s lettuce. Clean the chicory and cut into coarse strips. Peel the beetroot and cut into fine sticks. Wash the apple thoroughly, quarter, core and cut into fine sticks.
Mix the lamb`s lettuce, chicory, apple and beetroot sticks with the marinade. Whisk the egg. Cut the feta cheese into approx. 1 cm thick corners or slices. Finely chop the hazelnuts. Turn the feta first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the chopped nuts. Press the nuts a little on the cheese.
Heat the oil in a coated pan. Carefully fry the slices of Feta for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat. Arrange the feta on the salad. Garnish with apple slices.
