Instructions

  1. For the marinade, mix together honey, apple juice and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Read the lamb`s lettuce. Clean the chicory and cut into coarse strips. Peel the beetroot and cut into fine sticks. Wash the apple thoroughly, quarter, core and cut into fine sticks.
  2. Mix the lamb`s lettuce, chicory, apple and beetroot sticks with the marinade. Whisk the egg. Cut the feta cheese into approx. 1 cm thick corners or slices. Finely chop the hazelnuts. Turn the feta first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the chopped nuts. Press the nuts a little on the cheese.
  3. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Carefully fry the slices of Feta for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat. Arrange the feta on the salad. Garnish with apple slices.
  4. Whole grain bread tastes good with it.
