Ingredients
- 30 g honey, more liquid
- 6 tablespoon apple juice, naturally cloudy
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 chicory (approx. 00 g each)
- 4 beetroot, (approx. 300 g)
- 1 apple, more tart
- 1 egg (s)
- 400 g feta cheese, reduced calories
- 75 g hazelnuts
- 4 tablespoon flour, wheat flour (type 1050
- 2 tablespoons oil
- slices Apple for garnish

- For the marinade, mix together honey, apple juice and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Read the lamb`s lettuce. Clean the chicory and cut into coarse strips. Peel the beetroot and cut into fine sticks. Wash the apple thoroughly, quarter, core and cut into fine sticks.
- Mix the lamb`s lettuce, chicory, apple and beetroot sticks with the marinade. Whisk the egg. Cut the feta cheese into approx. 1 cm thick corners or slices. Finely chop the hazelnuts. Turn the feta first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the chopped nuts. Press the nuts a little on the cheese.
- Heat the oil in a coated pan. Carefully fry the slices of Feta for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat. Arrange the feta on the salad. Garnish with apple slices.
- Whole grain bread tastes good with it.
