Ingredients
- 1 large can (s) beans, red
- 500 g sheep cheese
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard, granulated
- 2 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls
- 500 g lamb`s lettuce

- Rinse the beans in a sieve and drain, cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and let it dry well. Mix the sheep cheese, onion, garlic and beans together.
- For the dressing, mix mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper and fold in the oil. Mix with the salad.
- Let the salad soak for a few hours. Just before serving, fold in the lamb`s lettuce. Sprinkle with chives rolls.
