Ingredients
- 500 g beetroot
- 1 apple
- 30 g walnut kernels, approx. 1 handful
- 125 g feta cheese
- 50 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- Pepper, from the mill, approx. 25 turns
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey

- Grate the beetroot and the apple (with the shell without the shell), chop the walnuts into medium-sized pieces, not too small. Cut the feta into small cubes and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Put everything in a bowl.
- Mix the remaining ingredients into a dressing, pour over the salad and mix everything together.
- Tip: The salad with garlic baguette tastes very good.
