Ingredients

For the dressing:

Instructions

  1. Rinse the beans in a sieve and drain, cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and let it dry well. Mix the sheep cheese, onion, garlic and beans together.
  2. For the dressing, mix mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper and fold in the oil. Mix with the salad.
  3. Let the salad soak for a few hours. Just before serving, fold in the lamb`s lettuce. Sprinkle with chives rolls.
