Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Cut the onion and garlic into fine pieces. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out the remaining water well.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic in it. Then add the mushrooms and fry them until they have the desired brown color. Chop the peeled tomatoes and add to the mushrooms, also add the spinach. Now season everything with salt and pepper and the granulated broth to taste.
  3. Then alternately layer the lasagne sheets, the sliced mozzarella and the mushroom sauce in a baking dish. Beginning with the sauce and finishing with sauce with mozzarella. At the very end, pour a teaspoon of oregano over the lasagne and bake everything in the oven for about 45 minutes at about 180 degrees.
