Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and let it rest for 15 minutes. Put the yeast, milk, oil, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Let the flour trickle in slowly and stir well. Knead the dough vigorously on a floured surface for 10 minutes until it is soft and smooth.
Divide into three equally sized balls of dough. Grease a bowl with a few drops of oil and place the dough in it. Cover with a cloth and let rise for about 30 minutes. The 3 balls of dough must then be about twice as big.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
On a floured surface, roll out each ball of dough with a rolling pin into a very thin round or oval flatbread or straighten it with your hands. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the poppy seeds and sesame seeds, sprinkle over them and press down lightly. Bake for about 5-8 minutes on the middle rack of the oven.
