Mix the prepared ingredients well with each other, add salt to taste. To make the mixture more manageable, I added a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise, but you can do without it.
Cut the lavash into small leaves.
Layout a sufficient amount of filling on each piece of paper and roll it into a roll. Do not spare the fillings.
Fry the resulting rolls in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. If you are afraid of extra calories, then you can bake the same rolls in the oven, having previously greased them with an egg, or you can even fry them over a fire. In general, there are many options.
