Lavash with Mackerel Instructions

  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs in advance. Drain the oil from the saury and crush the fish with a fork.
  2. Rinse and chop the green onions and dill.
  3. Spread out each sheet of lavash and thinly grease with mayonnaise.
  4. On the first pita bread, grate eggs on a fine grater. Add greens to them. Roll the lavash into a tube.
  5. On the second sheet, grate the cheese, sprinkle with herbs. Lay the first roll on top, wrap the pita bread over the first roll.

  6. Arrange the mackerel and herbs on the next sheet. Wrap it over all the rolls.
  7. The roll is ready! You can eat it right away, but it is better that it is infused for about an hour in the refrigerator.
