Roll out the puff pastry and spread the raw meat loaf on top and smear (alternatively use the sausage meat).
In a pan, briefly fry the chopped peppers and onions in a little butter and also distribute them on the puff pastry. Roll up and place on a baking sheet with the seam down.
Brush the puff pastry rolls with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven according to the instructions on the puff pastry packaging.
Cut into slices and serve.
