Instructions

  1. Sauté the ham, onions and garlic over medium heat. When the onions are translucent, add the leeks. When the leek is soft, deglaze everything with half of the vegetable stock. When the liquid has boiled away, add the apple wedges. Pour in the rest of the vegetable stock, put a lid on and cook everything over low heat for approx. 6 - 8 minutes.
  2. Season the vegetables with a little salt and pepper and toss them through. Rub some lemon peel (unsprayed / organic) over it. Swirl the vegetables again and serve immediately.
