Fry the mince with salt and pepper. Cut the onions and leek into small pieces and add to the mince. Add processed cheese, top up with broth. Simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally. Let stand overnight so that the soup flows through. The next day add the chopped mushrooms and heat again while stirring and season with salt and pepper (possibly a little nutmeg).
With white bread or flat bread and a fresh salad.
All guests are super full and there is not much work to do with them!
