Ingredients

  • 2 kg minced meat
  • 3 vegetable onion (s)
  • 5 leeks
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • 3 cans mushrooms
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 500 g herbal cream cheese
  • possibly nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Fry the mince with salt and pepper. Cut the onions and leek into small pieces and add to the mince. Add processed cheese, top up with broth. Simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally. Let stand overnight so that the soup flows through. The next day add the chopped mushrooms and heat again while stirring and season with salt and pepper (possibly a little nutmeg).
  2. With white bread or flat bread and a fresh salad.
  3. All guests are super full and there is not much work to do with them!
