- 1 kg minced meat
- 250 g cream cheese
- 500 g leek
- 2 onions)
- 1 liter broth

- Sear the minced meat, add the cut onion and fry with it, after 5 minutes fry the cut leek briefly and add the broth.
- After about 30 minutes, slowly bring the cheese to the boil while stirring. Stir every now and then and remove from heat after 10 minutes.
