Instructions

  1. Cut only the white of the leek into thin rings. Finely chop the salmon and add to the leek. Add the juice and zest of 1 lemon and a little olive oil. Season carefully with salt, as the salmon is already salty, and grind pepper over it. Let the salad soak in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  2. Garnish with half artichoke hearts and / or eggs.
