Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into rings. Sauté in butter. Dust with flour, stir and pour in the broth. Mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes over a low heat.
  2. Finely chop the dill. Stir in the cream and horseradish. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then add the dill at the end.
