Instructions

  1. Wash the untreated lemons and peel them with a zest zipper. Squeeze the peeled lemons and collect approx. 300 ml of juice.
  2. Boil the water together with powdered sugar and 2/3 of the zest for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Let the lemon water cool down again, add the lemon juice with the grain and fill into sparkling clean bottles.
  4. Put the remaining zest in the bottles and close tightly!
  5. The schnapps is ready to drink!
  6. The recipe makes about 1.3 liters and lasts forever!
