- Wash the untreated lemons and peel them with a zest zipper. Squeeze the peeled lemons and collect approx. 300 ml of juice.
- Boil the water together with powdered sugar and 2/3 of the zest for approx. 5 minutes.
- Let the lemon water cool down again, add the lemon juice with the grain and fill into sparkling clean bottles.
- Put the remaining zest in the bottles and close tightly!
- The schnapps is ready to drink!
- The recipe makes about 1.3 liters and lasts forever!
