• 150 ml cream
• 200 ml lemon juice
• Lemon peel, grated

Instructions

1. Mix the milkmaid, cream and lemon juice in a bowl. If you want, you can add lemon peel to taste.
2. Then place the mixture in the freezer and stir vigorously every hour until the ice is frozen; or freeze in the ice cream maker.
