- Wash lemons with hot water, dry them and rub the peel off one of them.
- Conn. Squeeze both lemons and measure 6-7 tablespoons of juice.
- Mix the milkmaid condensed milk with the cream cheese until creamy.
- Stir in lemon zest and juice.
- Beat the whipped cream until stiff, fold half of it into the lemon cream. Put the rest in a cool place.
- Now add washed and drained berries into the cream, distribute the whole thing in dessert bowls and chill for a good hour.
- Then decorate with the rest of the whipped cream, some berries and some lemon balm or verbena and serve!
