Instructions

  1. Wash lemons with hot water, dry them and rub the peel off one of them.
  2. Conn. Squeeze both lemons and measure 6-7 tablespoons of juice.
  3. Mix the milkmaid condensed milk with the cream cheese until creamy.
  4. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
  5. Beat the whipped cream until stiff, fold half of it into the lemon cream. Put the rest in a cool place.
  6. Now add washed and drained berries into the cream, distribute the whole thing in dessert bowls and chill for a good hour.
  7. Then decorate with the rest of the whipped cream, some berries and some lemon balm or verbena and serve!
