Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Then pour off through a sieve.
Clean the spring onions and cut into rolls. Sauté in melted butter in a pan. Pour in the cream, vegetable stock and lemon juice and simmer until the liquid has almost evaporated. Salt and pepper. Now mix in the prawns.
Arrange the spaghetti on plates. Pour the sauce over it and serve garnished with basil leaves.
Super quick and also tastes good with other pasta such as penne, rigatoni, farfalle etc. or with rice.
