Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the vegetable oil, mustard and lemon juice in a bowl with the mayonnaise. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon zest (grated from the untreated lemon) and the garlic. Season to taste with sugar, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
