Instructions

  1. Halve the lemon and lime and squeeze the juice out of each half. Cut the other halves into slices, halve the slices if necessary. Rinse off the thyme and lemon balm, shake dry and roughly tore apart. Put everything in a glass carafe with a lid, fill up with the water and cover in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
