Instructions

  1. Bring the rice with the chicken or vegetable stock, the water and the salt to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce the heat and put the lid on. Let the rice simmer in it for about 18-20 minutes, until it is cooked and has absorbed the liquid. Mix in the parmesan, the grated lemon zest and the pepper. Serve hot.
