Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the butter with the sugar until frothy. Add the egg and sour cream and stir. Sift the flour into a second bowl and mix with baking powder, lemon zest and salt. Gradually stir the flour into the liquid ingredients. Finally fold the raisins into the batter. (The dough should be about the consistency of a firm batter.)
