ml white wine, drier

g cream cheese, also with herbs, your choice
salt and pepper

pinch turmeric

Instructions
Bring the fish stock and white wine to the boil and reduce by half. Dissolve the cream cheese in it, season with lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper, add turmeric for a nice yellow color.
Goes very well with fried fish fillet.
