Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead. Then press the dough into a prepared square shape (approx. 20 cm x 20 cm).
Put in the hot oven and bake until golden yellow for 15-20 minutes. The dough must not turn brown.
For the topping, stir the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then slowly add the flour with the baking powder. Grate the peel of a lemon and add it. Then squeeze the lemon and add the juice too. If that`s not enough for you, you can use more than just 1 lemon. Then pour the filling over the half-baked base.
Put again in the hot oven and bake at 180 ° C for about 18 to 20 minutes. After cooling, simply cut the dough into 8 pieces.
