Ingredients
For the ground:
- 100 g flour
- 50 grams sugar
- 110 g butter, soft
For the cast:
- 140 g suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ baking powder
- 1 lemon (organic)
- Possibly powdered sugar if necessary, for dusting

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead. Then press the dough into a prepared square shape (approx. 20 cm x 20 cm).
- Put in the hot oven and bake until golden yellow for 15-20 minutes. The dough must not turn brown.
- For the topping, stir the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then slowly add the flour with the baking powder. Grate the peel of a lemon and add it. Then squeeze the lemon and add the juice too. If that`s not enough for you, you can use more than just 1 lemon. Then pour the filling over the half-baked base.
- Put again in the hot oven and bake at 180 ° C for about 18 to 20 minutes. After cooling, simply cut the dough into 8 pieces.
- If you like it, you can dust the slices with powdered sugar.
